There are new firmware updates for 7 TC Helicon products available in VoiceSupport, their application that connect TC-Helicon hardware with the latest software, presets, updates.
If you own a TC Helicon gear and already have VoiceSupport you have to simply connect your unit and follow the steps to update to the latest version.
If you don’t have VoiceSupport you can download the app from here for MAC and from here for Windows. More info you can find on the official site.

- NEW – MIDI Sync – Slave to incoming MIDI tempo to align delay, looping and rhythmic effects to external sources like drum machines or DAW

- NEW – Enhanced Looping – 50 Loop slots (up from 10), external footswitch control, improved sync
TC Helicon VoiceLive 3 Extreme Update
- NEW – MIDI Sync – Slave to incoming MIDI tempo to align delay, looping and rhythmic effects to external sources like drum machines or DAW
- NEW – Backing Track Routing – Send backing tracks from the ¼” outputs while sending vocals and/or guitar from the XLR outs for easy FOH mixing
- NEW – Enhanced Looping – 50 Loop slots (up from 10), external footswitch control, improved sync
TC Helicon Perform-V Update
- NEW – Dimmable buttons – Adjust brightness for a variety of lighting conditions
- NEW – Manual mic gain – Direct user control of mic gain
- NEW – Improved App – Send presets instantly and silently via USB cable. Create a set list and use as many presets as you need during a performance. (Requires USB On-The-Go or Camera Connect Kit depending on phone/tablet manufacturer
TC Helicon Play Acoustic Update
- NEW – Guitar Delay/Echo effect – Includes TC-Electronic Flashback Delay models
- NEW – Per Preset Guitar Settings – Save different guitar sounds for each preset (previously a single guitar sound across all presets)
